Using one Camera for Live Streaming

It is always hard to decide what you want to buy for live streaming set up. If you look at internet there is so many suggestion every having their own opinions so at the end you will confused what to rely on. So we have put to gather a kit for a small live streaming production with in a small budget. Hope this will help you.

  • HDMI Cable ( Depending on your Length from Camera to the Control Place)
  • Blackmagic Web Presenter HD

  • Blackmagic ATEM Mini or ATEM Mini Pro or ATEM Mini Pro ISO according to your budget or if you think you will add more cameras in the future.

Single Camera Setup : Software based (Windows PC)

  • 1 X Canon LEGRIA HF G50
  • HDMI Cable ( Depending on your Length from Camera to the Control Place)
  • Magewell USB Capture HDMI – Gen 2 or Any reliable HDMI capture device
  • Windows Computer
  • VMIX Software (Can Stream to Facebook, Youtube and Vimeo all at once)

One reason to go for Canon cameras is because they tend to do a good job in low lighting and church set ups but that doesn’t mean other brands don’t do well. We have compared few brands and Canon seem to do well with Church setups.
